A classic Bill Shaw design, the Pearson 28-2 features an incredible amount of space for it’s length. Comfortable as a racer or a cruiser, the nearly seven foot long cockpit has wheel steering, bimini, and easily accessed engine controls. End-boom sheeting and a cockpit mounted traveler make for performance sail control. On the foredeck you will find a roller furling working jib, and anchor locker.

Moving below one is surrounded with beautiful teak bulkheads and a teak and holly cabin sole. A hanging locker is located at the bottom of the companionway, and to port you’ll find an enclosed queen size aft berth. To starboard is an enclosed head with pressurized hot water shower, and a chart table forward and amidships. The galley features an icebox, Origo 4000 two-burner alcohol stove, stowage above and below, and even has an under-sink trash bin. A port and starboard settee surrounds a drop leaf table with seating for four, and extra storage can be found beneath each. A forward double v-berth has shelves port and starboard and additional storage below.
